Anlong Xu, Ph.D.

Dr. Anlong Xu studied immunogenetics and received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He completed his postdoc at the University of California, San Diego, and worked at Alliance Pharmaceutical Corp. After conducting 10 years of research in the United States, Dr. Xu returned to Sun Yat-sen University in China and is a professor in Molecular Biology and Immunology and president of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Dr. Xu has published nearly 200 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and is on the editorial board of several prestigious biomedical journals.

Mehmet Oz, MD​

Dr. Mehmet Oz is the Emmy Award-winning host of “The Dr. Oz Show” and attending physician at New York Presbyterian—Columbia Medical Center. He has authored over 400 original scientific publications, book chapters, and medical books, and eight New York Times Best Sellers. He also authors a newspaper column in 175 syndicated markets internationally and is founder of Dr. Oz The Good Life magazine. Dr. Oz has received numerous patents, including the famed percutaneous mitral valve clip.

Rob Sinnott, Ph.D.
Dr. Rob Sinnott is Chief Scientific Officer at USANA Health Sciences. He possesses nearly 30 years of experience and leadership in life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, and nutrition. Dr. Sinnott holds degrees in biological science and natural science, and a doctoral degree in plant sciences from Arizona State University. In addition, he completed postgraduate work at Harvard Business School, Wharton, University of Chicago, London Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the Brookings Institution. Dr. Sinnott has developed hundreds of health products and holds over two dozen U.S. and international patents.

Jeremy Tian, MD, Ph.D.
Dr. Jeremy Tian holds a Ph.D. in nutrition from Emory University and an MD in clinical medicine from Shanghai Medical University. He’s worked as a scientist in basic biomedical research at Stanford University and as a gastrointestinal surgeon in China. He is the author of 23 peer-reviewed research articles. Dr. Tian joined USANA Health Sciences in 2013 to focus on product innovation. He helped to develop USANA InCelligence Technology®. Dr. Tian’s currently conducting research in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Lepeng Wang, Ph.D.
Dr. Lepeng Wang is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and an Associate Professor at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. His recent work has focused on education and communicating the importance and value of TCM on an international scale. In clinical practice, he excels at pulse taking and tongue observation for diagnosis, and in using Chinese medicinals and acupuncture for treatment.
Ted Spiker
Ted Spiker is a professor and the chair of the department of journalism at the University of Florida. He is the co-author of 25+ books, mostly about health and wellness, and his writing has been featured in The Washington Post; TIME.com; Esquire.com; Outside; O, The Oprah Magazine; Fortune; Men’s Health; Men’s Fitness; Women’s Health; Runner’s World; AARP The Magazine; Reader’s Digest; Parenting; Prevention; and many others. A former editor at Men’s Health, he was the author of the Big Guy Blog for Runner’s World for more than five years. Spiker was named the University of Florida Teacher of the Year for 2016-17.
